About Us

Latesha Claiborne is the founder and CEO of Ethos Legacy Firm Corporation. She is the mother of 3 wonderful children. As a former military child, Latesha lived in Europe before settling down there as an adult with her family. Living abroad and parenthood sparked a major shift in her thought processes as well as her general perspective on life. She began to question many aspects of her surroundings and the status quo. 

Two of her most ardent passions, education and travel, involve a constant theme of continual learning and positive mindset growth. These aspects of life have always been at the forefront of her consciousness and a driving force in her decisions.

 As a mother, Latesha heavily valued community and involvement in her children’s academic institutions. She formed partnerships with each of her children’s schools serving as a mentor, chairwoman, tutor, Boy and Girl Scout Treasurer and Committee member, as well as their school and community organizer.

Professionally, Latesha is a licensed life and health insurance agent currently pursuing her additional Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.  She has proudly served her clients, schools, various communities, and country in various capacities. 

As the Director of Operations for an insurance company that served education professionals, Latesha had the pleasure of serving 5 school districts. She earned trust in relationships with her clientele through her genuine care and concern which always included providing exceptional service to each school districts’ members. During this time, she realized that knowledge of financial literacy was severely lacking. Knowing she wanted to help usher in a new generation of financially confident people, she turned her God-given passion for serving into a business focused on financial literacy and strategic life planning. Thus, forming Ethos Legacy Firm.
